CHESTER, VERMONT - Following what they called an "undercover drug operation," Chester Police arrested an Andover woman Tuesday for allegedly stealing medication from an elderly woman.
After a multi-week investigation, police charged Anna Kalinen, 49, with narcotics possession and larceny.
According to Sgt. Mark Phelps of Chester Police Department, Kalinen worked as a cleaning lady for an elderly woman living at Chester Apartments. In two separate incidents, Kalinen allegedly stole 15 Percocet pills — seven pills the first time and eight the second. Click here to read the full account.
